With this registration you agree to the following terms:

• Your place is only guaranteed after full payment and confirmation by Art of Loving.
• Art of Loving believes in a healthy and mature space within the group.
• You are committed to attend as many events as possible during the season.
• You are responsible for safekeeping your own boundaries, physical and mentally.
• Damage to the location or participant(s) need to be paid in full.
• Art of Loving will not be held responsible for damage to participants or accountable for any injury.
• Medical and psychiatric background needs to be fully reported to us through this form.
• Art of Loving has the right to withdraw your participation at any time, personal explanation will be given.

Cancellation
• More then 3 months before event, we deduct 10% of total price.
• Less then 3 months before event, we deduct 50% of total price.
• Cancellation 1 week before or during the retreat, restitution is not possible.
